Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

1. All Sales Final on Biological Products

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of biological and microscopy-related materials:

  • All biological products are final sale.

  • No refunds will be issued for biological items once shipped.

  • This includes (but is not limited to): liquid solutions, cultures, syringes, slides, or any perishable research materials.

This policy exists to protect product integrity, safety, and quality assurance standards.

2. Quality & Sterility Guarantee (Replacement Only)

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

  • * If a product arrives damaged, degraded, or non-viable, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Requests must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic or microscopy evidence

  • Product must remain sealed and unaltered

If approved:

  • We will issue a one-time replacement of the affected item.

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances for biological products.

3. Opened or Altered Products

  • Opened, used, altered, or mishandled products are not eligible for replacement or return.

  • Improper storage, delayed inspection, or misuse voids all guarantees.

4. Non-Biological Merchandise (Accessories, Books, Equipment)

For non-biological items only:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    A 15–20% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

5. Authorization Required

  • All returns or replacements require prior written authorization.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

6. Shipping Issues & Address Errors

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may be:

  • Reshipped at the customer’s expense, or

  • Voided without refund

7. International Orders

  • All international sales are final

  • Customs delays, seizures, or refusals are outside our control

  • Returned international orders may be refunded at our discretion only, minus shipping and handling costs

8. Abuse Prevention

  • Any attempt to misrepresent product use, condition, or intent voids eligibility for replacement.

  • Repeated or abusive claims may result in refusal of future service.

9. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
